TL;DR

Head of Growth (AI, B2C): Managing hirify.global's full-funnel growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation to scale the company profitably in France and the US. Focus on identifying and activating new growth loops, optimizing budget, and scaling AI usage within the growth team for automation and prediction.

Location: Flexible remote within Paris (office or home) or remote from other locations (with coworking budget). Employees can work from most countries for up to 3 months per year.

What you will do

  • Build, run, and elevate hirify.global’s full-funnel growth engine.
  • Own and optimize growth budget and LTV/CAC ratio.
  • Identify and activate new, scalable growth loops.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Own measurement, attribution, and incrementality for data-driven decisions.
  • Scale AI usage across the growth team for automation and prediction.
  • Lead and mentor the Growth team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or full-funnel user acquisition in B2C mobile app or marketplace environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling a profitable, sustainable growth engine.
  • Growth hacker mindset: creative, able to think outside the box.
  • Strong expertise across performance channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, affiliates, referral, influencer, partnerships).
  • Highly data-driven, relying on experiments, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics.
  • Hands-on with growth levers.
  • AI mindset, experience scaling operations through automation, agents, and workflow improvements.
  • Previous experience building and managing a team, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
