What you will do
- Plan, execute, and scale web user acquisition campaigns across Paid Social channels, focusing on high-intent, converting traffic.
- Drive incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to develop effective landing pages and campaign assets.
- Generate insights from performance data and proactively identify areas of opportunity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Social channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat).
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
- Proficiency using tools like Looker Studio, Funnel.io, or similar BI platforms to analyze and present performance data.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio) to boost campaign efficiency and ideation.
- English: Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency required.
- Market research and competitors analysis.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of web attribution models and tools (e.g., last-click vs. data-driven attribution, first-party tracking).
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for web.
- Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with server-side tracking, privacy-compliant measurement setups (e.g., Consent Mode, enhanced conversions).
- Experience with automation tools for testing and campaign management.
