What you will do

• Develop and maintain workflows for marketing asset and request management.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for influencer campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Align with UA, UA Tech, Studio AI, and Product teams for asset delivery.
• Implement process improvements and tools for transparency, tracking, and execution.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to increase productivity.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or workflow management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams.
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency with digital tools for organization and documentation.
• Based in the Greater São Paulo area and available for hybrid work.

• Experience working with User Acquisition or Product teams.
