Part-Time Data Contractor

TL;DR

Part-Time Data Contractor: Responsible for ingesting and QAing data into Alloy.ai's platform to ensure accuracy and timeliness for clients with an accent on process execution and quality checks. Focus on ensuring data availability by strict deadlines and providing Tier 1/Tier 2 customer support.

Location: Remote. Work must be completed from the United States or Canada. Specific work hours are 6 - 8am PT on 3 weekdays, 6am - 8am PT on Sundays, and 10am - 12pm PT on Saturdays.

Salary: $1,000 CAD/month (approx. $730 USD/month)

What you will do

• Be online 5 days a week for specific hours (Saturdays 10am-12pm PT, Sundays 6am-8am PT, 3 other weekdays 6am-8am PT).
• Leverage an outlined process for ingesting data into the Alloy Platform by logging into retailer portals, downloading, and uploading data.
• Proactively update internal teams on any issues or delays.
• Facilitate quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Triage inbound tickets and assign them to appropriate groups to resolve.
• Respond to customer queries via Alloy’s Zendesk ticketing system.

Requirements

• Ability to consistently work Saturdays from 10am - 12pm PST, Sundays from 6am - 8am PST and 3 other days 6am - 8am Monday through Friday (5 total days, 10 total hours), including statutory holidays.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfort with data and QAing its accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with effective time management and minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience using Zendesk or other help desk software.
