What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for handling user support requests and system issues.
• Investigate, replicate, and clearly document bugs and data irregularities.
• Perform manual testing of new features, fixes, and updates to ensure quality before release.
• Create and maintain test cases, release notes, and user support documentation.
• Monitor data accuracy and consistency within the system's MySQL database.
• Execute regression testing during release cycles to ensure overall system stability.

Requirements

• Background in support, quality assurance, or testing within a software or data-focused setting.
• Good knowledge of manual testing processes and bug tracking/management.
• Basic SQL skills (ideally MySQL) to explore and analyze data using queries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills for interacting with technical teams and non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience testing web front-end applications, particularly those built with Vue.js.
