What you will do

  • Partner with the executive team to define strategic priorities and assess build, buy, and partner opportunities.
  • Develop strategic theses, business case memos, financial analyses, and executive-level presentations.
  • Own corporate development processes end-to-end, including opportunity evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, and post-deal integration.
  • Lead financial analysis to support valuation, negotiations, and investment decisions.
  • Build perspectives on market trends, competitive dynamics, and relevant VC, partnership, and M&A activity.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, and People to drive alignment and execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, VC/PE, Strategy, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience owning M&A and/or strategic partnership processes end-to-end.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations.
  • A high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability in fast-moving environments.
  • A structured, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market.

Nice to have

  • Experience in corporate development at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Exposure to legal tech, enterprise software, or regulated B2B markets.
  • A background that blends strategy, transactions, and operating experience.
