Technical Design Architect (Frontend, AI): Acting as a technical and design advisor for enterprise customers to translate business and technical requirements into UI/UX, styling, and frontend customization solutions. Focus on enabling customers to build modern, accessible, and brand-consistent applications using hirify.global capabilities, custom frontend techniques, and AI-assisted features.

Location: Hybrid in Leipzig, Chemnitz, or Dresden, Germany. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm CET.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical and design advisor for enterprise customers and key stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into UI/UX, styling, and frontend customization solutions.
• Enable customers to build modern, accessible, and brand-consistent applications using hirify.global capabilities.
• Create mockups, prototypes, and design concepts to support decision-making.
• Design and support frontend implementations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React ecosystem).
• Lead customer workshops and collaborate with Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Frontend Engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development, web design, technical consulting, or SaaS experience.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in React.
• Working knowledge of Tailwind CSS and component-based design systems.
• Confident with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Deep commitment to Accessibility (WCAG) and usability principles.
• Business-fluent German and English communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
