What you will do

• Manage graphic and animated banner tasks for marketing teams, including briefing, prioritization, and negotiation with internal clients.
• Handle time and people management for designers, tracking workload and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Communicate with customers to clarify tasks and manage project timelines effectively.
• Create brief templates and resources to streamline task setting and completion for customers and designers.
• Lead the setting and improvement of working processes within the design team.
• Regularly update a library of design layouts to automate routine tasks and assist designers and clients.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio.
• Experience managing design tasks for digital marketing and mediabuying teams.
• Experience handling complex marketing projects involving different teams and clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, aligning tasks with goals and meeting deadlines.
• Expertise in managing diverse designers, including giving and receiving feedback.
• Proficiency with Jira, Slack, Google Docs, Figma, and Adobe services.
• English: C1+ level required.
