TL;DR

Senior Manager, Technical Solutions Manager (AI): Leading and building the Technical Solutions Management function to ensure strategic customers running AI workloads have seamless experiences with hirify.global's GPU infrastructure, with an accent on managing technical relationships, defining requirements, and driving complex program execution. Focus on collaborating across functions to elevate customer experience and defining KPIs for program success.

Location: Hybrid work in Sunnyvale, CA is prioritized. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, for US-based candidates only. New hires will attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month, and teams gather quarterly for collaboration.

Salary: $207,000–$275,000 USD (base salary range)

What you will do

  • Lead the Technical Solutions Management (TSM) function by building and managing a team of top technical advocates for strategic customers.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering to elevate and enhance the hirify.global customer experience.
  • Engage directly with key customers to understand their AI workloads, pain points, and future requirements.
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program success, identify inefficiencies, and accelerate operational speed.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, solutions architecture, customer support, technical program management, product management, or delivery management.
  • 7+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud infrastructure landscape, including Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML, and high-performance computing.
  • Proven track record of successfully organizing and coordinating multiple teams to deliver complex, long-running projects with visibility to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually.
