What you will do

• Lead the production practice for the Esports Platforms team.
• Execute work systems, monitor team health, and drive efficiency to ensure delivery success.
• Gauge product roadmap feasibility and partner with product and engineering leaders to mitigate risks and establish realistic timelines.
• Partner with Product Lead, Engineering Manager, and Designers to develop the technical product vision and strategy.
• Identify and coordinate dependencies with external teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate team health and progress through regular reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Producer or Delivery Manager on medium to large teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the esports space, connecting amateur competitive play and professional rankings.
• Experience working on technical initiatives and digital product development, engaging in technical discussions.
• Experience leading teams through feature development using agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Notion, and AirTable for project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge.

• Fan of esports, supporting favorite regions/teams/players, and keeping up with the competitive landscape.
• Experience working in medium-large organizations where cross-organizational collaboration is critical.
• Experience with Product and Design tools such as Miro and Figma.
