What you will do

• Design compelling creative assets for global marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Create motion graphics and short-form videos to highlight product features and brand storytelling.
• Translate creative briefs into strong, on-brand visual concepts that resonate with global audiences.
• Collaborate with global creative and marketing teams to localize campaigns for multiple markets, maintaining visual and brand consistency.
• Help define and scale creative processes for efficiently localizing assets across languages and regions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital/graphic design, ideally within tech, consumer, or education brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing and campaign design.
• Native in Portuguese and Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).
• Strong visual composition, animation, and typography skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience adapting global campaigns for multiple regions and languages.
• Familiarity with localization workflows and cross-cultural design adaptation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools for ideation, layout, or animation.
