Salary: $140,000–$215,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive Network Vulnerability Detection by leading development of detection capabilities and setting technical vision.
• Research emerging threats and translate findings into actionable detection capabilities.
• Build and lead a distributed team of vulnerability detection engineers and technical leads.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align detection capabilities with customer needs and influence platform evolution.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of vulnerability detections through automated validation processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in cybersecurity or vulnerability management.
• 5+ years management experience with proven ability to lead technical teams.
• Hands-on technical leadership with vulnerability detection techniques and network security.
• Programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Must be able to work 2+ days per week on site from Sunnyvale, CA or Redmond, WA offices.

Nice to have

• Network device fingerprinting and assessment experience.
• Vulnerability management product development background.
• GenAI/Agentic AI automation experience for security workflows.
• Understanding of CVE analysis, CVSS scoring, and risk-based prioritization.
