What you will do

• Effectively manage high-performing engineering teams and foster their growth.
• Participate in detailed technical design, development, and support of data ingestion pipelines and streaming applications.
• Collaborate with product management to craft and achieve business goals.
• Serve as a technical domain expert in large-scale data processing and low-latency data serving.
• Develop and review application code, ensuring high availability and performance of critical data infrastructure.

• Track record of building reliable, high-uptime systems in data-intensive environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into clearly scoped projects and steer solution design.
