Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, MA, requiring in-office attendance at least 2 days per week. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 (Base)

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of 10–12 software and data engineers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
• Own planning, scoping, estimation, and delivery in an Agile (SCRUM) environment.
• Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and senior stakeholders to align priorities.
• Play a key role in the Global Engineering Leadership Team, shaping strategy and standards.
• Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD pipelines and AI-assisted development.
• Mentor and develop engineers at all levels, supporting career growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, with meaningful experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical depth in modern full-stack development and cloud-based architectures (AWS preferred).
• Proven success leading high-performing Agile teams, including backlog management, planning, and delivery.
• Experience scaling teams and driving long-term improvements in quality, velocity, and reliability.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI adoption in software development.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript / JavaScript, React or Angular, Python.
• Familiarity with Playwright / Selenium, GraphQL.
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions / Jenkins, Copilot / Amazon Q Developer.
