Requirements

• 7+ years of individual contributor experience and 3+ years of technical leadership in a high-growth company managing senior engineers.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable technical solutions and developing high-performance teams.
• Ability to lead a team while also being hands-on.
• Great communication skills and an empathetic approach to teamwork.
• Must be based in the United States.
