What you will do
- Drive end-to-end Go-to-Market execution for the HR product suite, designing tactics for landing and expanding within the domain.
- Engineer GTM efficiency by identifying friction in sales and marketing funnels, implementing processes to reduce CAC, shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates.
- Serve as the internal and external authority on the HR domain, staying ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts.
- Design scalable playbooks in close collaboration with Sales Enablement, equipping sales and success teams with necessary frameworks.
- Lead high-priority special projects initiated by the General Manager to drive business transformation and scaling.
Requirements
- Background in Management Consulting, BizOps, VC, or Chief of Staff, ideally with experience as a founder or early GTM hire at a scaling SaaS company.
- Proven track record of building and scaling systems, operations, and processes specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Ability to autonomously perform data work, including writing SQL, building custom dashboards, and conducting deep cohort analyses.
- Lead with a "spreadsheet-first" mentality, using advanced modeling and technical data skills to drive strategic decisions.
- Capable of seamlessly pivoting from ghostwriting high-level strategy memos to troubleshooting granular CRM lead-routing errors.
- Conviction to make high-stakes decisions in ambiguous environments with incomplete data, taking full ownership of outcomes.
- English: C1 (fluent) required for all communication and documentation.
