Salary: $144,100–$203,400 USD

What you will do

• Refine and build a high-quality product that engenders trust between customers, vendors, and hirify.global.
• Understand and solve problems at their core by applying a critical and analytical lens to financial management.
• Leverage hirify.global's robust capabilities in new and innovative ways for corporate card customers.
• Help shape the strategy, development, and execution of the Spend & Expense product.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Define and track key performance metrics, using data to make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
• 5+ years of product management or relevant experience.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically about product opportunities and challenges.
• Prior experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry is a plus.
