Client Onboarding Specialist (HR): Helping clients strategically integrate hirify.global's full suite of HR products and solutions into their applications with an accent on effective project management and a consultative HR approach. Focus on verifying contracted products, understanding client priorities, crafting timelines, and collecting HR data and configuration requirements.
Location: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Schaumburg, IL, Meridian, ID or Rochester, NY location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours. We are ideally seeking candidates that are able to work MST/PST time zones.
Salary: $43,500 - $60,000/yr

What you will do
- Help clients with simple setups strategically integrate the full suite of HR products and solutions within the hirify.global application.
- Provide industry-leading customer service.
- Conduct introduction and alignment calls to verify contracted HR products, understand client priorities, and craft suggested timelines.
- Work directly with clients to assist in the day-to-day functions supporting HR solutions throughout the implementation process.
- Coordinate internally between the client and multiple hirify.global departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or client interfacing role preferred.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of HR concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.
- Willingness to perform a full range of tasks and projects under supervision.
- Strong interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
