What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation, translating requirements into scalable hirify.global solutions.
• Proactively manage account health, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct workflow analysis (IER cycles) and recommend optimizations.
• Drive adoption of hirify.global AI and build custom workflow agents tied to customer use cases.
• Serve as the technical partner, connecting adoption to business value and generating leads.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating objectives into insights for Product, Engineering, and Support.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of hirify.global platform capabilities, automation, integrations, and AI Agent functionality.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks.
• Exceptional skills in workflow analysis, process design, and consultative discovery.
• Ability to manage complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI.
• English: B2+ required.
• Must be based in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
