What you will do
- Close collaboration with Account Managers, GSDC, Solution Specialists, and other cross-functional departments.
- Manage the RFP process with the Sales Organization and drive upsell/cross-sell within named accounts.
- Oversee GSDC Ops Quality and support targeted campaign enablement.
- Attend internal/external customer calls and presentations as an expert resource.
- Collaborate with sales on strategic high-potential customers to develop account plans to maximize opportunities.
- Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams, and internal support teams.
Requirements
- Ability to perform administrative tasks to support the sales team and efficiently manage time, priorities, and daily workload.
- Capability to provide customers with a value-added perspective around industry, trends, and the customer's own business.
- Proficiency in utilizing data obtained on customers to understand them better and build deeper relationships.
- Aptitude for analyzing financial information to forecast business, industry, or economic conditions.
- Experience in following global best practices and identifying opportunities for process, system, and structural improvement.
- Familiarity with frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Lean, Six Sigma, Waterfall, and Kanban.
