What you will do

• Lead the delivery of enterprise machine learning and data-driven solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of production-ready ML capabilities.
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Build, lead, and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and serve as a Scrum Master.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience in the IT field.
• At least 2 years of technical experience.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFE), cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex technical information.
• English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) at minimum.
