What you will do
- Source, collate, and maintain lead lists from multiple third-party data providers.
- Plan, build, and execute outbound campaigns across email and social channels.
- Track and report on campaign performance, including open rates, response rates, conversion rates, and MQL volume.
- Be the main point of contact between Growth and Partnerships for outbound lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and operations teams to improve tooling and workflows.
Requirements
- Strong interest in marketing, business, or partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis.
- Very strong written communication skills.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns in parallel.
- Strong attention to detail, especially around data quality.
