We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join hirify.global.

What you will do

• Execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Work closely with the Sales team to qualify MQLs and support conversion into SQLs.
• Interview internal stakeholders and clients to develop compelling case studies.
• Support all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, and content.
• Plan and execute marketing automation and email campaigns, ensuring effective lead nurturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales and People Experience) to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT sector.
• Proven experience delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with HubSpot (mandatory).
