What you will do

• Act as senior IT&D partner to EAME leadership, translating business priorities into actionable technology and digital roadmaps.
• Shape and execute regional strategies aligned with hirify.global’s global IT&D vision.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT&D services, including ERP, applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and end-user services.
• Lead digital and technology transformation programs, ensuring adoption and benefits realization.
• Manage the EAME IT budget, portfolio governance, and investment prioritization.
• Inspire, develop, and lead high-performing EAME IT&D teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT leadership in large, global, matrixed organizations with operational accountability.
• Strong record delivering large-scale transformation programs and global rollouts.
• Broad expertise across applications, ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital platforms.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders, balancing global governance with regional needs.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing IT budgets.
• English: C1+ required; additional European languages a plus.
• Master’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field; MBA an advantage.
