What you will do

• Develop and implement a forward-thinking technology strategy aligned with business objectives and parent company goals.
• Lead the exploration and development of new product features and innovations to meet customer demands.
• Create and execute product, architecture, and engineering roadmaps.
• Coach and develop Product and IT teams, managing talent acquisition and resource planning.
• Oversee specification, architecture, and implementation of R&D initiatives for a state-of-the-art SaaS solution.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and inform product development.

Requirements

• Significant experience in software product management or technology leadership, especially in Tech-Services and SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to interpret customer needs and market trends to develop successful product strategies and roadmaps.
• Extensive experience in IT leadership, including infrastructure management and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable technology strategies.
• Business level fluency in English and German is required.
