What you will do

• Govern corporate design to expand standards and modularity, avoiding redundancy and increasing efficiency.
• Promote technical exchange across divisions, identify best practices, and strengthen innovation culture.
• Translate strategic goals into architectural principles and communicate a standardization strategy.
• Evaluate proposals for new standards and align with existing best practices in collaboration with divisions.
• Monitor compliance with standards, from the offer process to delivery, through reviews and audits.
• Update standard templates and best practices, measure effectiveness with KPIs, and report to the CTO.

Requirements

• Completed technical or scientific studies (e.g., Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering).
• Several years of experience in developing complex products and system solutions, ideally in a military environment with System Engineering background.
• Experience with the V-Model, agile development methods, and in project and product management.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills.
• Experience in the technical management of heterogeneous/decentralized team structures.
• Structured, self-organized, and analytical way of working.
• Pronounced business-oriented thinking and working method.
• Negotiation-fluent German and English skills.
