What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for the hirify.global DSP.
• Identify and target potential clients, including advertisers and agencies, to promote platform benefits.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and tracking new opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase capabilities to decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with finance and legal departments to ensure policy compliance.

Requirements

• Must be located in Toronto, Canada to be considered
• 5-8 years of proven success in the programmatic advertising ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience in ad sales, prospecting, and hitting revenue quotas
• Deep understanding of demand-side platforms and digital advertising technologies
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities
