What you will do

• Capture on-the-ground iPhone BTS content and shoot quick-turn social-first video clips for campaigns and client sites.
• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest, ensuring correct formatting, tagging, and crediting.
• Upload and manage case studies on the website, optimizing images for web and distribution.
• Build and format marketing emails using HubSpot, ensuring accurate layout, correct links, and consistent styling.
• Coordinate logistics with photographers/videographers and track incoming assets to ensure proper storage and filing.
• Compile monthly performance data across social media, website, and email channels.

Requirements

• Very strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Confident in capturing iPhone video and photography, with a good eye for visual quality, composition, and brand.
• Comfortable using HubSpot or willing to learn quickly.
• Highly organised, reliable, and detail-orientated.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, creative environments such as studios, workshops, and on-site installations.
• Positive, collaborative, and clear communicator with a passion for design, creativity, and storytelling.
