What you will do
- Own and grow Juniper’s community of talent in the UK, managing strategy and day-to-day execution.
- Develop and implement a performance strategy for creator partnerships focusing on acquiring high-quality creators.
- Build a scalable creator acquisition engine, identifying and prioritizing partners aligned with brand values.
- Launch, optimize, and scale organic collaborations and whitelisted paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with Brand and Compliance to ensure all creator-driven content is high-performing, compliant, and on-brand.
- Manage and develop an Influencer Marketing Manager and report on patient acquisition and CAC.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in talent roles at agencies or high-growth consumer or healthcare brands.
- Proven ability to build and scale creator-first content across social platforms (organic and paid).
- Strong commercial and strategic judgment across brand, performance, and compliance.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, comfortable managing high-volume relationships.
- Experience managing junior team members and building high-output teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous, high-ownership environment.
