What you will do

• Support day-to-day delivery across one or more client projects, keeping work organised, visible, and moving.
• Flag risks, blockers, or gaps early and support clear communication with clients.
• Manually test new features and changes across web applications.
• Critically think about real-world usage, data, and edge cases to write clear, actionable bug reports.
• Help improve acceptance criteria and the "definition of done."
• Spot recurring issues and help address root causes and improve lightweight QA approaches.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things properly.
• Naturally organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working with developers and digital products.
• Clear, confident, and friendly communicator.
• Happy being hands-on rather than managing people.
• Must be UK-based.

Nice to have

• Experience testing web applications (manual testing is key).
• Familiarity with agile/iterative delivery environments.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Some technical literacy (e.g., APIs, logs, basic SQL).
