Salary: €53,000 – €60,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies including daily stand-ups, refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments hindering the team's progress, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile methodologies and Kanban/Scrum practices, fostering self-organization and accountability.
• Ensure Agile best practices, coaching on Lean/Agile principles and Scrum values.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined product backlog and assist with backlog refinement.
• Track and report metrics using Agile tools like Jira, communicating progress and delivery status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role within an Agile environment, coaching 2-3 teams concurrently.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other equivalent Agile certifications preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile frameworks, with practical experience.
• Must have prior experience with both Scrum and Kanban and understand their pros/cons.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and facilitate solutions.

Nice to have

• Additional Certifications like KMP (Kanban), PSK-I, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
• Experience with multiple agile scaling approaches/frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model, Basecamp/ShapeUp, or Disciplined Agile).
• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), including facilitation of ‘three amigos’ sessions.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and virtual collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics for judging software delivery performance.
