What you will do

• Shape and maintain cloud reliability engineering practices, focusing on automation for high system uptime.
• Drive performance testing, tuning, and capacity planning to ensure systems scale effectively and meet SLAs.
• Own and continuously evolve CI/CD pipelines for safe, independent, and scalable shipping.
• Automate manual processes with infrastructure-as-code, embedding security and compliance by default.
• Design, implement, and operate observability solutions for actionable insights and proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape and deliver the Engineering Platform roadmap, balancing speed and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Cloud/Platform Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex cloud systems and improve them over time.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) and operating containerized workloads (Kubernetes/EKS, ECS).
• Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework or equivalent cloud architecture standards.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Golang, Python, Bash, or similar).

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring other engineers and influencing best practices.
• Experience with Observability through Datadog.
• Exposure to cost optimization, capacity planning, and cloud governance at scale.
