Salary: £100,000 - £112,000

What you will do

• Act as the frontline technical expert, helping users deploy and scale hirify.global in cloud-native environments.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and optimize performance in distributed systems.
• Develop automation solutions and implementation patterns using Go, Python, TypeScript, Java, and .Net.
• Work directly with developers to improve user experience and ensure success with hirify.global.
• Influence platform improvements by providing insights to engineering and product teams.
• Drive technical solutions, including debugging production issues and designing best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a developer, fluent in Python, Java, Golang, TypeScript, or DotNet.
• Experience with deploying and managing medium to large-scale architectures (Kubernetes or Docker).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Minimum of one year experience in an internal or external customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in customer-facing positions (professional services consultant, solutions architect, customer engineer).
• Experience with security certificate management and implementation.
• Ability to translate use cases into hirify.global design decisions and architecture best practices.
• Familiarity with technologies like EKS, GKE, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTracing, Terraform/Ansible/CDK.
