What you will do

• Line manage, mentor, and grow a team of platform engineers and SREs to build a high-performing, psychologically safe culture.
• Define and execute the platform roadmap covering compute, networking, CI/CD, and Kubernetes-based services.
• Own and improve SLIs/SLOs for platform services to ensure high reliability and performance.
• Champion end-to-end observability and lead major incident responses including blameless post-incident reviews.
• Drive automation-first approaches using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with InfoSec to embed security, compliance, and secrets management into the platform lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering management leading platform, SRE, or infrastructure teams.
• Hands-on experience operating cloud services at scale with deep expertise in AWS.
• Strong background in SRE/DevOps practices including SLIs/SLOs and incident management.
• Expertise with container orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in scripting or coding with Python, Go, or Bash.
