What you will do

  • Plan and deliver integrated change strategies and plans across concurrent initiatives and programme workstreams.
  • Engage stakeholders, define roles, and manage governance routines for program alignment.
  • Lead change impact assessments for affected groups and identify resistance points.
  • Craft clear communication strategies and messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Design role-based training paths and job-embedded aids for AI tools and agents.
  • Define measurement strategies, establish success metrics, and ensure change sustainability post-launch.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in change management for digital/technology transformations, ideally spanning enterprise platforms and modern SaaS, with a demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently with structured prioritization and clear communication.
  • Strong stakeholder management across all levels (executive sponsors, functional leaders, product/engineering teams, change champions).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, able to simplify complex AI concepts and drive decisions.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing key change management deliverables (change strategy, impact/readiness, comms/training plans, adoption tracking).
  • Familiarity with AI productivity and developer tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and their enterprise adoption patterns.

Nice to have

  • Certification or demonstrable experience with Prosci ADKAR or KPMG change approaches.
  • Exposure to tool governance and champion networks within a transformation operating model.
  • Background in product management or delivery/project management.
