Mid-Market Sales Manager (Advertising): Driving advertising revenue growth for in EMEA by managing a book of business and developing strategic sales plans with an accent on client relationship management and strategic sales planning. Focus on campaign optimization, providing data-driven insights, and identifying new business opportunities to meet advertising objectives.
Location: Required to work in person from our Amsterdam office 3 days per week. offers a generous relocation package to the Netherlands.

What you will do
- Act as CEO of your assigned book of business, owning strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and operational rigor.
- Generate advertising revenue from assigned clients via ad agencies and direct advertisers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation, instilling confidence and setting appropriate expectations.
- Provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to clients to grow relationships and identify additional opportunities.
- Implement and optimize campaigns with account strategists to meet clients’ advertising objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in online media sales, with platform experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape in The Netherlands.
- Client-facing experience in advertising sales, account management, or paid social campaign management.
- Experience in monitoring marketing campaign performance and making strategic recommendations.
- Experience in pulling and analyzing data to compile compelling and actionable insights.
- Fluent in Dutch & English.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Looker Dashboards / Google Sheets and delivering actionable insights.
- Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
