TL;DR

Sales Executive (Restaurant Tech): Developing and managing business for a designated area by pro-actively scheduling meetings and selling hirify.global products and services to restaurant owners with an accent on building personalized offers and closing deals. Focus on understanding client needs, demonstrating product opportunities, and affiliating restaurants to the network.

Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain, as walk-in visits and managing an agenda for a designed area are required.

Salary: Competitive fixed salary and bonus

What you will do

  • Organize and manage your agenda to pro-actively schedule meetings with restaurant owners or responsibles.
  • Conduct cold-calls, walk-in visits, and pre-organized meetings to present hirify.global products and services.
  • Propose and sell the entire range of hirify.global products and services by building personalized offers based on restaurant needs.
  • Make clients understand the opportunities, features, and benefits of hirify.global Manager tool and affiliate them to hirify.global network.
  • Follow-up with engaged clients until the deal is closed and the restaurant is successfully published online.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with an online company.
  • Native Spanish with a base level of English.
  • A self-starter, results-oriented, dynamic person used to working independently in fast-paced environments.
  • A foodie with interest in digital, tech products, and restaurant sectors.
  • A customer-oriented person with a strong commercial mindset and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated business development experience, preferably in B2B and in restaurants/hospitality environments.
  • Very good usage of PC and Google Suite are mandatory.

Nice to have

  • CRM software experience is preferable.
