What you will do
- Research and prospect insurance brokers strategically aligned with HR and Employee Benefits.
- Lead negotiations for collaboration agreements and execute the full sales cycle with potential partners.
- Manage relationships, coordinating initiatives to ensure partner success and generate new revenue.
- Act as a liaison between hirify.global's sales team and partners, supporting high-potential opportunities and campaigns.
- Gather feedback from partners and clients, collaborating cross-functionally to improve and build the distribution channel.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in B2B Sales at Insurance, Brokerage, or Insurtech companies or industries relying on intermediaries.
- Native level of Spanish.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Results-oriented, proactive, analytical mindset, driven towards growth and revenue objectives.
Nice to have
- Experience in building a Business Unit/Team from scratch.
- Deep knowledge of the insurance broker ecosystem in Spain.
- Knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll and Flexible Remuneration.
- Experience with partnership or channel sales with a demonstrated history of closing agreements.
- Experience dealing with SMBs.
