TL;DR

Partner Development Manager (Fintech): Establishing and managing strategic relationships with insurance mediators to drive growth for a new distribution channel in the HR and Employee Benefits spaces. Focus on strategic partner sourcing, negotiation, closing agreements, and cross-functional collaboration to build a new business unit.

Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €40,000–€60,000

What you will do

  • Research and prospect insurance brokers strategically aligned with HR and Employee Benefits.
  • Lead negotiations for collaboration agreements and execute the full sales cycle with potential partners.
  • Manage relationships, coordinating initiatives to ensure partner success and generate new revenue.
  • Act as a liaison between hirify.global's sales team and partners, supporting high-potential opportunities and campaigns.
  • Gather feedback from partners and clients, collaborating cross-functionally to improve and build the distribution channel.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in B2B Sales at Insurance, Brokerage, or Insurtech companies or industries relying on intermediaries.
  • Native level of Spanish.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, analytical mindset, driven towards growth and revenue objectives.

Nice to have

  • Experience in building a Business Unit/Team from scratch.
  • Deep knowledge of the insurance broker ecosystem in Spain.
  • Knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll and Flexible Remuneration.
  • Experience with partnership or channel sales with a demonstrated history of closing agreements.
  • Experience dealing with SMBs.
