What you will do
- Support end-to-end People processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, and leaves of absence.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.
- Identify process or system inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and support the implementation of more scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on larger People initiatives and optimize HR system configurations with external vendors.
- Create and maintain internal policies to ensure compliance with local employment laws and manage immigration and relocation cases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in People Operations, HR, or a related role.
- Highly detail-oriented and takes ownership of both execution and outcomes.
- Ability to consistently deliver timely, high-quality service and handle sensitive information with care and discretion.
- Experience electing and managing a Social and Economic Committee (CSE) in France.
- Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Experience supporting a globally distributed workforce and thrives working in a fast-paced or tech environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Rippling, Deel, Notion, Siit or other ticketing system.
- Experience with global mobility processes.
