What you will do
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Design and develop multichannel acquisition strategies, integrating paid media, organic tactics, email marketing, and automation.
- Produce monthly reports with actionable business insights.
- Oversee the entire demand generation funnel, ensuring efficient conversion from first touch to closed deal.
- Utilize HubSpot for campaign automation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing goals with business growth.
Requirements
- +4 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on growth and paid media.
- Proficiency in the Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager ecosystems.
- Proven experience in SaaS and B2B models, preferably within tech or digital services companies.
- Strategic understanding of the 360° digital ecosystem (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM, and automation).
- Experience in lead generation and qualification within long sales cycles.
- Advanced use of HubSpot: workflows, lead scoring, automation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset focused on business metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Mindset geared toward experimentation, continuous improvement, and results.
- English: Intermediate to advanced proficiency.
Nice to have
- Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
- Basic knowledge of BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.).
