What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Design and develop multichannel acquisition strategies, integrating paid media, organic tactics, email marketing, and automation.
  • Produce monthly reports with actionable business insights.
  • Oversee the entire demand generation funnel, ensuring efficient conversion from first touch to closed deal.
  • Utilize HubSpot for campaign automation and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing goals with business growth.

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on growth and paid media.
  • Proficiency in the Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in SaaS and B2B models, preferably within tech or digital services companies.
  • Strategic understanding of the 360° digital ecosystem (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM, and automation).
  • Experience in lead generation and qualification within long sales cycles.
  • Advanced use of HubSpot: workflows, lead scoring, automation, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset focused on business metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • Mindset geared toward experimentation, continuous improvement, and results.
  • English: Intermediate to advanced proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
  • Basic knowledge of BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.).
