Junior It Support Apprentice

Junior IT Support Apprentice: Providing technical support and maintaining IT systems, network and infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure and efficient digital services across hirify.global with an accent on Microsoft Intune management and hardware support. Focus on supporting critical IT projects and training store/head office employees on new systems and processes.

Location: Carlisle Place London, United Kingdom. Flexible working, including 1 day a week working from home, and up to 2 weeks a year working from abroad.

What you will do

• Provide first point of contact support for all 1st Line Support within hirify.global [Stores, Head Office, Grocery and remote workers]
• Support with any training of store and Head office employees with new systems and processes
• Work with and support the Tech Team in delivering accurate and well-supported systems and change management
• Administer and Manage User Accounts across systems as part of the joiner, mover, and leaver policy
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune
• Support Card Processing Solution and install hardware devices across the store estate

Requirements

• Be in the UK for at least 3 years
• Have a valid right to work in the UK [no time limited during the duration of after the graduation of the apprenticeship]
• Not being a student or enrolled in part/full time education
• Not hold qualification of Level 3 or higher
• Be able to work and study full-time [40 hours/week]
• Being customer service led with a keen interest in IT support

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Operating Systems [Microsoft and Mac], supporting windows/mac hardware
• Basic knowledge of supporting mobile devices [phones and tablets]
