What you will do
- Manage and support multiple Okta environments, including SSO integrations and zero trust authentication policies.
- Provide escalated support for workspace and collaboration solutions like Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft O365, and Zoom.
- Develop, maintain, and deploy software packages via Workspace One.
- Engineer and maintain security baselines for Mac and Windows endpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta and SSO integrations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Okta administrator with SSO integration expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft O365 administration.
- Experience with Mac and Windows endpoints.
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices for endpoint management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workspace One or similar endpoint management solutions.
- Experience with Zoom system administration.
- Familiarity with Slack and other collaboration tools.
- Linux and Windows scripting experience (bash and Powershell).
