What you will do

• Run and improve the forecasting cadence for the North America Commercial and SMB business.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Tableau Dashboards and Salesforce reports.
• Leverage existing datasets and dashboards to perform ad-hoc data analysis.
• Recommend business process improvement through data analysis and testing.
• Present findings and analysis to department leadership.
• Support the annual planning process with input across territory, segmentation and coverage design.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).
• Experience working in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.
• Proficient using SQL to query large data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong Salesforce and Tableau skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate business insights.
• Must be able to work from USA or be able to work hybrid from Westlake/Dallas, TX (on-site Tuesday-Thursday).
