What you will do

• Provide tactical and strategic intelligence to business decision-makers within the marketing, sales, and finance teams.
• Define KPIs and metrics for each department, and build and manage data analytics products (reports, dashboards, etc.) to monitor business performance.
• Provide written and verbal summaries, conclusions, and recommendations regarding business performance.
• Investigate and explain changes in business performance quantitatively.
• Prioritize data needs with the data engineering team, identify data quality issues, assist in data modeling, and monitor nightly BI-related jobs.
• Help ensure department software tools are used in a manner that results in reliable data collection.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree with an Analytics-focussed program (Business Analytics) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced SQL skills and 3+ years of experience managing large datasets and running complex queries using CTEs, Window & recursive functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau.
• 2+ years of experience analyzing SaaS product metrics and sales and marketing data from systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort and ease working with department leads and guiding them to use data
