TL;DR

Senior Revenue Operations Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the expansion of the mortgage vertical by analyzing large datasets, extracting meaningful insights, and making actionable recommendations to fuel growth in the Sales organization with an accent on process optimization and sales forecasting. Focus on aligning strategies across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to enhance sales effectiveness and optimize mortgage vertical performance.

Location: Expected to work from the office in San Francisco, CA, 3 days a week. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a hirify.global hub location.

Salary: $93,000 - $109,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)

What you will do

  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on key planning processes including target, quota setting and territory planning.
  • Define and standardize reporting processes, monitor performance metrics, and forecast results for business reviews and strategic planning.
  • Provide input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Manage and improve forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projection, facilitating effective resource allocation and planning.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimize the organization's sales initiatives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and developing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and Strategy. Experience working directly with sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of successful sales operations management and strategy implementation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, basic SQL, data visualization tools, sales forecasting and prospecting tools.
