Partner Marketing Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Assist in developing and coordinating regional partner marketing plans aligned with EMEA business priorities.
• Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, including emails, webinars, digital promotions, and content syndication.
• Prepare and adapt co-branded marketing materials such as presentations, landing pages, and social media posts.
• Help organize partner events, workshops, and regional conferences.
• Track campaign performance and partner activity; prepare regular reports and provide insights for optimization.
• Work closely with Alliances, Sales, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to ensure partner initiatives are well-coordinated.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, basic campaign analytics, and event coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and distributed environment.
