Salary: $153,000 – $165,000 + equity

What you will do

• Build the artifact legibility foundation for R&D by designing governance frameworks, lifecycle rules, and ownership models.
• Automate the documentation lifecycle by integrating AI agents into the Product Development Lifecycle and release workflows.
• Develop an AI-driven routing system for knowledge requests to enable self-serve guidance and reduce human dependency.
• Establish knowledge observability by defining metrics and creating health dashboards using Confluence and Glean analytics.
• Drive the shift from a service-oriented model to an enablement-oriented model where teams own their own documentation.
• Administer Confluence and Glean platforms, maintaining governance models, usage standards, and structural templates.

Requirements

• Deep experience in knowledge management, information architecture, or technical writing with a strong systems orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and/or Glean (or equivalent enterprise knowledge platforms).
• Experience with AI-assisted documentation workflows or LLM-based content tooling.
• Must be based in Austin, Chicago, DC, or NYC.
• Strong written communication skills and a strategist/operator mindset.

Nice to have

• Background working in a technical environment (R&D, Engineering, or Product-adjacent).
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Hex or Looker for building dashboards.
• Experience in an enablement or internal developer-relations role.
