TL;DR

Marketing Operations Analyst (RevOps): Aligning marketing, sales, and customer success to drive revenue by measuring and optimizing the customer lifecycle with an accent on new and expansion revenue outcomes. Focus on building dashboards for strategic decision-making, managing lead-to-sale handoffs, and optimizing the HubSpot CRM ecosystem.

What you will do

  • Design and evolve the RevOps data model for marketing in partnership with the VP of Revenue Operations.
  • Track funnel metrics and lifecycle outcomes to connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and expansion.
  • Build dashboards and generate actionable insights to guide strategic marketing programs and decision-making.
  • Manage lead scoring, routing, and attribution models to ensure high-quality MQL delivery.
  • Optimize marketing and RevOps processes to eliminate workflow gaps and scale growth initiatives.
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, and enrichment tools.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, RevOps, or growth analytics in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, BI tools (Hex, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI), and enrichment tooling.
  • Proven ability to link marketing activity to revenue and manage high-visibility projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG).
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with Clay and n8n.
