What you will do
- Lead data-led audience and bidding strategy for paid media campaigns, providing test and strategy recommendations.
- Manage the Audience Pack, ensuring it is the authoritative source for campaign audience utilization.
- Drive digital media acceleration projects, acting as a key stakeholder.
- Support the integration of client data into WPP's proprietary tools for various use-cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and deliver technology-driven growth opportunities.
- Champion data strategies testing, establishing methodologies and creating client-facing case studies.
Requirements
- Deep interest in Media & Technology, with an understanding of data products and trends in the advertising industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Agency-side experience in a data-led role (Data & Tech, Planning, or Activation) with a strong focus on audience-based buying and data management.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of privacy-first media principles.
