TL;DR

Senior Data Analyst (Racing): Leveraging data to provide actionable insights for game teams, focusing on player engagement, retention, and monetization for the CSR Racing franchise. Focus on interpreting A/B test results, segmenting player bases, and optimizing complex game economies.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Build dashboards to visualize in-game player behavior and metrics.
  • Analyze data to understand engagement, retention, and monetization drivers.
  • Design telemetry to capture actions across different meta features and game modes.
  • Segment the playerbase to better understand different player motivations.
  • Interpret results from A/B tests and support the LiveOps team.
  • Monitor the live game economy and help optimize currency inflows & outflows.

Requirements

  • Experience analyzing data across an app’s features, finding insights about player motivation and churn.
  • Knowledge of probability and statistics to draw conclusions from models & tests.
  • Data storytelling and visualisation skills to translate granular data into dashboards and presentations for different audiences.
  • Familiarity with different segmentation methods.
  • Exposure to optimizing a complex system such as an economy or onboarding flow.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python, Jupyter, AmazonQ, Airflow, and/or GitHub.
